Cold Steel Bushman |
 |
 |
The Cold Steel Bushman is a simple yet elegant design that combines the qualities of a fixed blade knife with those of a spear to provide a superior outdoor cutting tool that is rugged and reasonably priced. The Bushman may be held in the hand as a knife, or it may be attached to a pole which can be fitted into its base, thus creating an effective spear. The wide curving blade is shaped to offer both "belly" for slicing, skinning, chopping, scraping motions as well as a sharp point that will pierce easily. Featuring a protective black coating all over, this knife is a rugged performer that will shrug off the elements and ask for more. All one piece, the handle is made from the same continuous steel as the blade. Having been rolled into a cylinder, the handle will accept a pole and includes a screw hole to secure the pole inside. The seam of the handle has not been left unattended, but has been welded closed so there is no weak spot. Although simple and straightforward, the Bushman has been carefully constructed and will provide years of reliable service. |
